Shenzar Co.
Shenzar Company was established in 1970,
and has been involved in the production
of concrete aggregates and a variety of
concrete blocks since its inception. It
is located 35 Kilometers east of Tehran,
over approximately 430 Hectares of land
which it owns.
The land is being developed by Shahrak
Shenzar Co., an affiliated company.

Shahrak Shenzar Company was established
in 1995 as a Development Company to
exclusively develop the 430 hectares of
land owned by Shenzar Company, as an
Industrial and Commercial site
The Company’s goal is to subdivide the
property into suitable areas, design,
engineer and build the substructure for
various Industries planning to move to
the site.
The project will be completed in several
phases; each phase will be developed
according to the needs and
specifications of the industries
planning to occupy the site.
Subdivision, Design and Engineering for
Phase one has been completed and the
substructure is under construction. The
first phase is designed for light
industrial units. |

ليكا و بلوك هاي فشرده بتوني
شركت شن زار در سال 1970 تاسيس گشته و
از آغاز مشغول توليد اجزاء بتون و
انواع بلوك هاي بتوني بوده است . اين
شركت در 35 كيلومتري شرق تهران و
تقريبا" در حدود بيش از 430 هكتار
زمين كه مالكيت آنرا دارد واقع شده
است .
اين شركت اخيرا" درخواست مجوز ايجاد
يك شهرك صنعتي در اين اراضي جهت صنايع
سبكي كه اكنون قانونا" ملزم به انتقال
به خارج از مناطق داخل شهر تهران
هستند را نموده است .
شركت شهرك شن زار
شــركت شهرك شـن زار در سال 1995
منحصرا" جهت ايجاد يك شهرك صنعتي -
بازرگاني در حدود 430 هكتار از اراضي
متعلق به شركت شن زار تاسيس گرديد .
هدف اين شركت تفكيك اين اراضي به
قطعاتي با طراحي ، مهندسي و تاسيسات
زيربنائي مناسب جهت واحدهاي صنعتي
مختلف است .
اين پروژه طي چندين مرحله تكميل خواهد
شد كه هر مرحله مطابق نياز واحدهاي
صنعتي كه قرار است به اين مكان منتقل
شوند ، مطابقت خواهد داشت .
تفكيك ، طراحي و مهندسي مرحله اول
تكميل گشته و تاسيسات زيربنائي در
مرحله اجرا ميباشد . مرحله اول جهت
واحدهاي صنعتي سبك در نظر گرفته شده
است .
