Hassan Fateh B.Sc.Tech. ( Hons )
Hassan Fateh graduated in July 1956 from Manchester University, England with a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in civil engineering. He was employed as a junior site engineer on a large military project, and later worked on the Tehran Hilton for Cementation Co. His experience in the construction field is vast and has included 44 years in a variety of civil engineering projects. Mr. Fateh became a partner and member of the Board of Melli Sakhteman Co. in 1963. In 1970 he joined Paradis Construction Co. and became the Managing Director. In 1997 upon joining Kandovan and KandovanRah, he was appointed Chairman of the Group.He also serves on the Board of Directors of Paradis and Kandovan.
Said Fateh B.S.
Upon graduation from University of California at Berkeley in 1970 with a degree in civil engineering, Said Fateh joined Paradis Construction Company as site engineer. He worked on a variety of road projects, high rise buildings and oil related works. From 1979 to 1988 he conducted many projects in the housing industry in the USA.
M. Reza Roohi B.Sc., M.Sc., C(Eng), M.I.C.E., M.I.H.T.E.
Reza Roohi received his degree in civil engineering from University of Birmingham, England in 1971. With six years of work experience in England, Mr. Roohi joined Paradis as a member of the board. From 1990 to 1996 Mr. Roohi became the Chairman of the Board of Kandovan. With the formation of KandovanRah in 1996, he was appointed Managing Director. He also serves on the Board of Directors of both Paradis and Kandovan.
Mr Roohi is the Group representative in all Oil and Gas projects.
Majid Ardalan B.S., M.Eng. (Structures)
Upon graduation from the University of California at Berkeley with a Master of Engineering in Structural, Mr Ardalan spent a year at the University’s Institute of Engineering Research in Asphalt and Concrete work. After working for the Southern Pacific Railroad for one year, he moved to Iran where he was made Chief of Party Location and Construction of Highways & Tunnels for M.K.I. at Karaj dam. Following these years he became Harza Senior Engineer, Chief Inspector, then negotiator representing Harza Engineering Company, consultants of the Karaj Dam. On completion of the Dam in 1958, Mr Ardalan became one of the founding members of Melli Sakhteman Co, and retired from the Board of Directors in 1997.
Based on Mr Ardalan’s vast knowledge of the Civil Engineering Industry both in Iran and other countries, the KPK Group invited Mr Ardalan to serve as an Honorary Member of the Board and Consultant to the Group.
Massoud Kahnamoui H.N.D., H’smith College, London
Mr Kahnamoui graduated from Hammersmith Polytechnic in 1961, and after spending a year with Mark H Smullen & Partners Consultant Engineers, he returned to Iran, and was employed by the Khuzestan Water & Power authority in their construction department. He then joined General Mechanic Co as site manager on their Iranshahr and Kharg projects. From October 1964 to August 1967he joined Melli Sakhteman Co as site manager on several road projects. From September 1967 till August 1969 he worked as site manager for Paradis. He then founded his own contracting company, and as director, was responsible for several road projects. In September 1971 he returned to Paradis, and in 1978 by purchasing an interest in the company, he was appointed Managing Director where he served till August 1989. After working for Kayson Construction Co for a period of four years, he returned to Paradis where he currently serves as the Managing Director.
Abolfazl Rahimi H.N.D Civil Engineering
Mr Rahimi’s career began with his employment in Paradis Construction Co as an assistant to a site survey team in 1972.
Determined to make construction his lifetime career, he went to the UK for graduate studies. He graduated in 1977 from Wolverhampton Polytechnic, with a degree in Civil Engineering he returned to Paradis first as a Site Engineer, then as Site Manager Assistant.
He then joined Melli Sakhteman Co as Site Manager, and later as Project Manger.
Mr. Rahimi is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Kandovan.
