Pars Business Park is a 36 hectare site located in the Pars Special Energy and Economic Zone (PSEEZ) in the heart of the new Assaluyeh development and within five minutes of the Industrial complex.
With the intense development of the Gas and Petrochemical Industries in the region, Pars Business Park is ideally located to serve all affiliated businesses in the region, designed to become a Center for Business in the region.
Pars Business Park is a fully integrated Business Center by international standards with complete infrastructure and related facilities including an Exhibition Center.
The development will be carried out in several phases over a 5 year
(2003 – 2008) period. The Office accommodation available varies from single rooms with communal services to “Stand Alone” buildings built to client specifications.
The development of two buildings with a total floor space of over 8,000 m2 is in an advanced stage of design, with construction due to commence early Fall 2002.
Currently the preliminary investigations including the geotechnical and feasibility studies have been carried out and the Master Plan has been approved by the PSEEZ planning authorities. The architectural and structural plans are in final design stages. The construction program is being carried out by KPK.
Negotiations are well under way with several National and International companies operating in the region, both onshore and offshore for construction of their purpose built office buildings.

• Exclusive right to market the office units in the Pars Business Park (see related page) in the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone (PSEEZ);
• Exclusive right to market the warehouse units in the Pars Industrial Warehouses Complex (see related page) in PSEEZ;
• Office space in Assaluyeh’s first planned business center currently under construction;
• Consulting and facilitating services in identification and optimization of project locations in Iran’s Free Trade Zones and Special Economic Zones.

اراضـــي پارك اداري پارس در منطقـــه ويژه اقتصادي انرژي پارس ( PSEEZ ) واقع و وسعت تقريبي آن 36 هكتار است . با توجه به توسعه فازهاي پتروشيمي و گاز در منطقه ، در آينده اين پارك به يك قطب اداري ويژه در مركز منطقه عسلويه تبدل خواهد شد .
از ويژگيهــاي پارك اداري پارس ، نزديكــي آن به ورودي منطقه ويـــژه اقتصادي و استقرار سايت خدماتـي - نمايشگاهي در جوار آن است . با در نظر گرفتن افق شكوفائـــي منطقه در طي يك فازبندي 5 ساله ( 2002 – 2008 ) به بهره برداري خواهد رسيد .
كليه فعاليتهاي اداري مورد درخواست در قالب دفاتر اداري كوچك ، متوسط و بزرگ در طراحي ساختمانها در نظر گرفته شده است .
عمليات ساخت 2 ساختمان با مساحتي بيش از 000ر8 متر مربع با طراحي پيشرفته در پائيز سال 2002 به مرحله اجرا در خواهد آمد .
در حال حاضر ، مراحل مطالعات پايه ، امكان سنجي و ژئوتكنيك خاتمه يافته و طراحي معماري و سازه مراحل نهائي خود را طي ميكند .
اين شركت هم اكنون در حــــال انجام پاره اي از مذاكرات با شركتهاي داخلي و خارجي جهت ساخت دفاتر و ساختمانهاي اداري مورد نظر ايشان است .
