Pars Industrial Warehouse complex is located between the Petrochemical and the Gas refinery zones and the Trading and Manufacturing areas of Pars Special Energy and Economic Zone (PSEEZ). It covers an area of 130 hectares running parallel to the north perimeter fence of the airport.
The location was carefully selected by South Pars planning authorities with special consideration to sea, air and road access. A “Multi Trailer” haulage system is being considered for container transport from the Port to individual warehouse units.
The Warehouses are designed to serve general as well as specialized storage needs of the region based on international standards, equipped with modern day lifting and haulage facilities within the Warehouse area. The project will be completed in 5 phases from 2003 to 2008.
Currently the preliminary investigations including the geotechnical and feasibility studies have been carried out and the Master plan has received approval of PSEEZ planning authorities. The architectural and structural plans of Phase I, 18,000 m2 under construction is in final design stages. The construction is being carried out by KPK.
The company is currently in negotiations with several national and international companies with the intent of providing them with their special warehousing needs.
Benaux offers the following products and services:
• Exclusive right to market the office units in the Pars Business Park (see related page) in the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone (PSEEZ);
• Exclusive right to market the warehouse units in the Pars Industrial Warehouses Complex (see related page) in PSEEZ;
• Office space in Assaluyeh’s first planned business center currently under construction;
• Consulting and facilitating services in identification and optimization of project locations in Iran’s Free Trade Zones and Special Economic Zones.

اراضـــي مجتمع انبارهــاي عسلويه با وسعتـــي حدود 130 هكتــار در منطقه ويژه اقتصادي انرژي پارس ( PSEEZ ) واقع شده است . مجتمع مذكور كه طيف وسيعي از انبارهاي عمومي و تخصصي را شامل ميشود ، با توجه به ويژگي و نيازهاي منطقه و بمنظور تامين انبارهاي مورد نياز صنايع مستقر در عسلويه پيش بيني شده است .
طـــرح مجتمـع انبارها در قالب انبارهاي عمومي و تخصصي و در 5 فاز اجرائـــي تهيه و طي سالهاي ( 2002– 2008 ) ميلادي به بهره برداري خواهد رسيد .
مجتمع مذكور علاوه بــر دسترسي آسان و سريــع بـه شبكه حمل و نقل جاده اي ، طبق پيشنهاد طرح جامع منطقه مجهز به سيستم مولتي تريلر و زير ساختهاي مورد نياز ميباشد .
در حال حاضر مراحل مطالعات پايه ، امكان سنجي ، ژئوتكنيك طرح خاتمه يافته و طراحي معماري و سازه آن مراحل نهايي خـــود را طي ميكنـــد و طرح نمايي مورد تائيد مقامات منطقه قرار گرفته است .
معماري و طراحي فاز 1 به مساحت 000ر18 متر مربع كه ساخت آن بعهده گروه KPK است در مراحل پاياني خود ميباشد .
اين شركت هم اكنون در حال انجام يا پاره اي از مذاكرات با شركتهاي داخلي و خارجي جهت تامين خواسته هاي ايشان در مورد ايجاد انبارهاي اختصاصي ميباشد .
